How we govern third parties
Governed access, limited to purpose
AlphaBridge uses selected third-party providers to support technology, communications and service operations. Providers are assessed according to the nature of the service, information involved and potential customer impact.
- Security and privacy considerations are evaluated before relevant services are approved.
- Contractual terms define permitted use, confidentiality and relevant operational responsibilities.
- Access is limited to the service purpose and appropriate scope.
- Material dependencies are considered in resilience and continuity planning.
- Provider performance, incidents and material changes may trigger review or corrective action.
- Customers may request current information about relevant subprocessors through the designated privacy or commercial contact channel.
